By accessing or using VirtualStagingFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VirtualStagingFlow provides AI-powered virtual staging and photo enhancement services for real estate professionals. The Service includes uploading property photos, AI analysis, virtual staging, and export of processed images.

3. Anonymous Orders

VirtualStagingFlow can be used without creating an account. When you upload photos, we create an anonymous order and provide an order-specific access link or token for viewing status and results. You are responsible for keeping that order access information private.

4. Pay-as-you-go Payment

VirtualStagingFlow uses pay-as-you-go pricing for public orders. After you upload photos, we calculate the price for valid photos and selected processing options. Processing starts only after one-time payment is completed.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By using the Service, you grant VirtualStagingFlow a license to process your images for the purpose of providing the Service. Processed images are owned by you. You represent that you own or have permission to process all photos you upload.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the Service to upload, request, generate, or attempt to generate NSFW, pornographic, explicit, sexually suggestive, hateful, violent, illegal, or harmful content.

Face-swap, deepfake, impersonation, face-manipulation, and content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights are not allowed.

7. AI Processing Disclosure

VirtualStagingFlow provides an independent AI-assisted interface for real estate photo processing. We may use third-party infrastructure and AI providers to deliver staging, enhancement, and export features. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party AI model provider unless explicitly stated.

8. Disclaimer

Important: VirtualStagingFlow does not guarantee that staged images will be approved by any MLS, real estate platform, or regulatory body. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local MLS rules and regulations. This Service does not provide legal advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

VirtualStagingFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
