Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Use

VirtualStagingFlow is intended for real estate listing photo workflows, including virtual staging, photo enhancement, decluttering, and MLS-ready export preparation for property images that you own or are authorized to process.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, request, generate, or attempt to generate:

• NSFW, pornographic, explicit, or sexually suggestive content
• Images involving nudity, sexualized people, or minors
• Hateful, harassing, violent, illegal, or harmful content
• Face-swap, deepfake, impersonation, or face-manipulation content
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights
• Photos you do not own or do not have permission to process

3. Real Estate Photo Requirements

Uploads should be property-focused images. If a photo includes people, faces, private personal information, or unrelated sensitive content, it may be rejected or removed.

4. Enforcement

We may reject uploads, block processing, remove content, cancel orders, or restrict access if we believe a request violates this policy or creates compliance, safety, or legal risk.
